The bony, foul creature leapt onto Frodo’s back. He quickly sort about trying to grab on to the hobbit, bite his finger, and wrestle for the ring with Frodo. Although Frodo had turned invisible, Gollum was able to see the foot prints left in the dust that the hobbit was treading on. After Frodo turned invisible, you tried to distract Gollum, but it was to avail.
Sam was knocked down, but you got up weakly and tried to help fend off the creature, not wanting Frodo to get hurt.
